The typical data entry job requires that the "employee" repeatedly copy and paste specific text, and fill out forms in succession, or something very similar. It involves mindless work, which does not require very much experience, but at the same time does not provide very much mental stimulation. Repitition is the name of the game here, not thought or foresight. 

For some people, this is exactly what they are looking for. Others would prefer to be waterboarded than attempt to withstand that form of monotony. Needless to say, data entry jobs are not for everyone.

For people who have the mental endurance to take on a data entry job, I will attempt to steer you in the right direction below.
